How do I activate my SIM? +
Insert your SIM, restart your phone, and wait for signal. If it does not connect within 15 minutes, call 0203 984 4902 and our UK support team will activate it for you.
Can I keep my current number? +
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your old number, then give the PAC code to our team. We will help transfer your number to your new SIM.
When will my order arrive? +
Most orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery times depend on stock and courier availability. Call us for live order tracking.
Do refurbished phones include warranty? +
Yes. Grade A refurbished phones include a 12-month warranty, subject to our warranty terms and device condition checks.
