1. Return Eligibility

You can return any item purchased from MobileshopUK within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging must be included (box, manuals, accessories)
  • Device must not be activated or have any personal accounts signed in
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • SIM cards must be unactivated and in original packaging

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return. Please handle all items with care during the inspection period.

2. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Call us on 0203 984 4902 or email support@mobileshopuk.com to initiate your return. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our returns address using a tracked delivery service. We recommend Royal Mail Signed For or a courier service with tracking. Keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund within 7 days to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing

We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating. That's why we commit to processing all refunds within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earphones and headphones (unless unopened and sealed)
  • SIM cards that have been activated or used
  • Digital downloads or software that has been activated
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Refurbished devices outside the 14-day window (covered by warranty instead)

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will:

  • Replace the faulty item with a new one (if stock available)
  • Repair the item and return it to you
  • Offer a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
  • Cover return postage costs for faulty items

To report a faulty item, please contact us immediately on 0203 984 4902 with your order number and details of the fault. We may ask for photos or video evidence to assess the issue before arranging a return.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched:

  • Before dispatch: Full refund guaranteed, no fees
  • After dispatch: You can refuse delivery or return the item under our 14-day return policy
  • SIM Only Plans: Can be cancelled within 14 days of activation (cooling-off period)

To cancel an order, call us immediately on 0203 984 4902. If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us for a full refund.

7. Return Postage Costs

We Pay Return Postage When:

  • • Item is faulty or damaged
  • • Wrong item was sent
  • • Item is not as described

8. Special Circumstances

Business Customers

Business customers are entitled to the same 14-day return period. However, bulk orders (5+ units) may be subject to different terms which will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Promotional Items

If you return an item that was part of a promotional offer (e.g., "buy one get one free"), you must return all items in the promotion to receive a full refund. Partial returns may be refunded at the promotional price paid.

Gift Returns

Gifts can be returned by the recipient for store credit or exchange. For cash refunds, the original purchaser must initiate the return. Gift receipts are valid for returns within 14 days.
