Don't worry if you miss your delivery. Here's what happens:
Royal Mail
You'll receive a 'Something for You' card. You can rearrange delivery online, collect from your local delivery office, or arrange redelivery.
DPD
You'll receive an email/SMS with options to rearrange delivery, select a safe place, or collect from a DPD Pickup Shop.
Important: If you don't rearrange delivery or collect your parcel within 7 days, it will be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
Do not accept the delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged. If you discover damage after opening, take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours on 0203 984 4902. We'll arrange a replacement straight away.
If your tracking shows no movement for 48 hours or indicates delivery but you haven't received it, contact us immediately. We'll investigate with the courier and if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
